RMA Instructions

Login your Unilumin Service Web Portal account. If you don’t have an account yet, contact our service team to register.

Once you are logged into your account, you will see the following options

  • Request Service: Start a new service request, this includes onsite service/support requests and onsite repairs.
  • Online Estimates: Use this option to purchase service parts or request warranty replacements.
  • Service History: Use the Service History feature to track your open and completed requests and estimates.
Click the Request Service button to begin the RMA process. 

Under the Select Sub-Customer dropdown: if your company has a subsidiary, you can add it here as a sub-customer.

Under the Select Services Needed field, select the correct service request type.

Under Service Location, please select the ship-to-address for your request.

Under Onsite Contact, please select yourself as the requestor. This is who the team will contacting should any questions arise.

In the Description field, please include your ship-to contact information, billing address, and any other details about the request.

Under POA, enter the LED wall order/batch number. This can be found on the back of a module or panel.

When you’re ready, click the Submit Service Request button to complete the RMA process.
