Submit a Service Request

Repair and warranty requests are handled through our Service Portal. To submit your request, simply log into your account to create a ticket. If you don’t have an account yet, please send us an email to register.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
Step 1: Login to your Service Portal account.
Step 2: Once logged in, click the link for Request Service.
Step 3: Under the Service Location dropdown, select the ship-to address or site address. Under On-site Contact select yourself as the requestor. In the Description field, please enter your billing address and any relevant details about the RMA.
Step 4: Submit your request. You’ll receive a confirmation number, which we recommend you hold on to for future reference.

About UCORE-IR Training
Engineer/technician focused training classes that focus on Installation, handling and field servicing practices and operations. Field servicing such as modules swaps, RX cards, PSUs, hub boards and mechanical components are covered along with a heavy focus on the various processing platforms such as Novastar, Brompton and Megapixel systems.
We cover basic operations, system setup and field service functions. reloading of LED panel FW/SW, Processor FW/HW updating, as well as working in both basic and creative modes plus we also cover troubleshooting and system architecture.
